By using Claudaway ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
Claudaway is a mobile companion app that connects your iPhone to Claude Code running on your Mac. It is not affiliated with Anthropic. It does not provide AI services — it connects to the Claude Code CLI you already have installed.
All purchases are processed by Apple. Subscription renewals are charged to your Apple ID account within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Refunds are handled through Apple's standard refund process.
Prices may change. We will notify you of price changes in advance. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
You own your code, your prompts, and your data. Claudaway never stores, accesses, or processes your code on any server. See our privacy policy for details.

Claudaway is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it working, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime or compatibility with every system configuration. We are not responsible for:
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that defects will be corrected.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CLAUDAWAY, ITS DEVELOPER, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF CODE, OR DAMAGE TO YOUR SYSTEMS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Claudaway and its developer from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights (including Anthropic's terms of service).
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the developer's jurisdiction of residence. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections on disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or website at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
